So who are we?

We are the siblings from down under with a love and knowledge for Hybrid sport.

James Kelly, better known as JK, is Australia’s fastest Hyrox athlete. He took home the bronze in the Mens Pro Race at the Hyrox 2023-24 World Championships and is a successful coach and trainer through his business, JK Hybrid Coaching.

He is joined by his sister, Bernice, also known as BK. Bernice has a background in journalism and has worked on major international sporting events in the communications space.
